Shipping Policy

We allow 3-5 business days for our products to ship. Our team strives to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If your purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will likely ship your product on Monday.

Our products are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery time is 10-20 business days.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product, we understand that here are the details:

You can return backdrops within 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order.

Please fill out the tracking form below to secure your return. We need the tracking number to process your return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with custom logo cannot be returned.

You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the product.
